Travel planned around the job
Nelson customers can use Matt's Travel for pre-arranged one-way and return journeys. The booking request collects the route, passengers and the airline's scheduled flight details so Matt can set a workable taxi pickup time.
Matt then reviews the diary and checks early starts, additional stops, waiting time, luggage and any return journey before confirming the booking.
Airport and timed travel
For airport transfers, include the terminal and flight information. For hospital visits, events and appointments, include the time you need to arrive. Matt can then confirm a workable pickup time rather than simply accepting the first time entered.
A reply stays with your booking
Once a journey is approved, the confirmation text includes the final pickup time and driver information. Replies are attached to the same booking conversation so important customer messages remain visible on the dispatch board.
